Took little ones there yesterday.

Had a great time in the science bit (that you have to pay for – but your wristband lasts the whole day so you can go in and out as much as you like) and there is an out door play area and the woods that are free. You can hire bikes there too.

They have a great little indoor cafe, out door picnic area, Tourist info area with loads of leaflets etc with info of whats on and places to go.

We spent about 4 hours there but definitely need a few more trips back.

At the moment parking is free but I did notice that come Sept they will start charging – but I think you’ll be able to claim some back from the cost of entry into the science bit.
